Tobacco sponsorship is not the Choose of F1, Ad's for Tobacco at sporting Events is illeagle in Canada, the US and the EU.

A Tobacco's name can not be on a car in most countries F1 race in, but there is some Tobacco sponsership in F1 Scuderia Ferrari Marlboro. How ever most Companies not feel have their name on a Car in China and blackout (the Barcode all over the Ferraris) for the other race is money well spend.

It has allow the cars to race closer together which is the first step in getting to more passing.

I would change the rule to allow the driver to adjust the wing a often as they like not just once a lap.

tell Brigdestone, you bring 4 types of tryes to every race.
2 types of Slick (a harder and softer)
2 types or groves rains
and say teams you get X number of slicks and X numbers for grooves, your choice how many of which type you get.

The Cars are weight at the end of races and Qualifing so it is basically a min weight without fuel as the cars are almost empty at the end of a race.
