What's up everyone?

So I ordered the Bilstein Pro Kit B12 from Tirerack for my 2017 BMW X1 Xdrive. It was delivered super quick and I was excited to see how the car would feel and look. I took it to a nearby shop that came highly recommended, it even had some pretty great reviews. I pulled up for my appointment and instantly noticed that this shop looked like a JDM focused shop. But I said whatever. I drop the car off with the kit. The shop calls me after 2 hours saying the parts were incorrect but acknowledged that the part numbers were correct on the order/receipt. So they are saying Tirerack sent the wrong stuff. I waiting for Tirerack to get back to me. But I can't help but think maybe this shop didn't know what they were doing?
