Rear Coil Springs

Anybody had to replace rear coil springs?

In UK car is a 2016 and out of warranty both rear springs need replaced.

Trying to find replacement parts. Seems to be main dealer only at £122 each.

Anybody any advice on an alternative?

My thoughts exactly!
knightarmor. What symptoms do you have that leads you to ask the question?

The only time I've ever had to have a spring replaced was when it literally snapped, rendering the car undriveable (E39 530d Touring, front spring). What are the signs and symptoms that led to that diagnosis out of interest?

I was just asking, as stated by the other reply, the only time I've seen a spring require replacement was when it snapped. My suspension is fine. I use OEM setup in the winter and KWs in the spring/summer on our X1.
