TIS no longer available any alternatives?

Im sure most of you saw this but was wondering does anyone have any recommendations for any alternatives.

Wow, true... this is bad news.
BMW is asking a 30$ fee for 24 hrs access !!!

Personally, I can't believe something like this existed in the first place! Bummer that it's gone, but a full factory service manual for $30 still isn't a bad deal. VW does the same thing with its Erwin system. Just buy the one-day access when you have some free time and download everything.

The BMW tis site offer this possibility to download everything for a car ?
If so, then yes it's a good deal, but I doubt they offer this possibility.
