There's absolutely no reason they would not.. same everything other than smaller brakes.. no different clearance issues either. Perhaps if it was a FWD vs X drive but I haven't even looked at the stats on that since they are all Xdrive that I've seen. (And the M35i is only Xdrive).

As previously stated, no reason they wouldn't fit. These 721M wheels are the same 20x8 ET50 spec wheels as the 717M wheel offerings specifically for the Non-M35i X2s.
