They work in soft snow & shred as soon as you encounter hard packed ice or normal roads. I'd not bother tbh.

Tried them on a Mercedes year’s ago.

Wouldn’t use them again.

They can be a real pain to put on. If there isn’t much space between tyre and wheel arch....stand by for bruised and cut forearms!

As already said, they are a real PITA to put on, I actually had to jack my E90 up to get them on! Easy to take off though, and did get me out of my road that otherwise there was no way I could.

These are only meant to get you out of the soft stuff. Not designed to be driven on at anything more than a few mph

Not tried them but seen them shred before and get caught in a brake shield making annoying sounds as the car in front came to a stop at the lights while dragging it beneath.

I used them years ago on a vectra (so more room around the wheel - maybe) and they were great for my purpose, however as others have said I wouldn't use them on gritted roads or anything longer distance/faster. I used them once off the main gritted road to get me up a hill and park. Works very well on snow which it where I needed them.

Not used those particular ones but have used “snow socks” many times up various mountains and work really well and are no worse than snow chains to get on. They’re not good though for patchy roads and get shredded quickly if used on clear roads.
