I would really be careful going with bronze. If you want the wheels to grab all the attention away from the car, fine. If you want an ultra aggressive look then black, if you want “classy and complementary “ then grey. Whenever I see bronze wheels on German cars with stock paint colour, the only thing you see is the wheels. Cars with flamboyant paint is a different matter but I am struggling to think of a BMW colour where it would complement rather than pop (and not necessarily in a classy way). Now , if only you could get a “carbon” finish, then I might start drooling.

I strongly disagree. Bronze is classy and classic. The carbon style is definitely an eye grabber more so, as its not that common. The carbon look would look cheesy in my opinion. If its not real, don't do it. Everyone is different though. OP post up some styles you're looking at, maybe we can go from there.

Thanks for reply, it’s great to read different opinions
This is example of what I would like, slight problem with budget.

Anytime!

Yea you would need some carbon bits to accent those wheels I feel. Front lip, canards, diffuser etc.

I like, but are you stuck on 19" wheels? I am assuming these wheels will be used seasonally. For warm months April-October?

Yah. I'm sold on 19" wheels and since I live in SoCal, its always warm and cool here. No major winter months or so...

If you're in SoCal go with 20's! Honestly 19's I feel are too small for the car. I am going to be running 20's in the North East.

Ok.. Brining up the old thread to finalize my purchase "finally"...

What is the widest tire size that can be installed on the rear? Currently i'm thinking of a squared setup 8.5", but can I go wider in the rear? Possible stagger setup?

sub'd. I'm looking at wheels right now also. You decide on 19 vs 20 yet? I think with as much fender gap as there is currently, you should be able to fit a 20" in there nicely? Attached is what I'm looking at currently.
