Prices are clearly listed on the AppStore: £34.99 for the main app, £3.99 for service reset, £7.99 for DPF re-gen, £10.99 for iDrive coding, £7.99 for battery registration. Start/Stop is included in the £34.99 purchase.

See http://www.mycarly.com/product/bmw-app/ for feature comparison (scroll down to "About the different Versions").

The charges are once off.
So you can code as many times as you like for the App you paid for as per the list above from KPD.

Android version seems to get updates quicker.
Both work fine.
Get cheaper one if you have both devices.

I got mine the other day but haven't had time to give it a full run for it's money other than verifying that I could connect to it. I'm hoping to have time tonight to start making changes.

I tried doing some coding last night. I tried changing the console boot logo to the M logo, I didn't like it and the system started yelling about clock issues so I restored the backup it took. I'm getting the original boot logo in the dash, but I haven't seen a boot logo on the HUD since. I don't see any options in the idrive to enable it. I'm going to have to take another look at the carly settings tonight but I'm hoping I can get the HUD boot logo back.

I find it hilarious the mirrors twitch everytime the car is getting coded, and not always the same way.

Well I got Carly today and coded a few things worked perfectly.. very happy with the purchase...
It does say it does not support coding Idrive yet so i will have to wait till they update the app..It is worth it just to turn of the Start/stop !

Interesting
Never had that with Carly on other models nor using ESYS to code F48.

One of my mirrors always move slightly during a coding. Sometimes it's the passenger mirror pivoting to reverse and back. Sometimes it's the drivers mirror wiggling in and down.

Would one of you guys please confirm if they've added taillight DRL support in any of the recent updates? It's pretty much the only thing I wanted to code.

E90Fleet mentioned earlier that the app didn't support it. But that was the first F48 release in September. They've updated the app a couple of times since then.

No, it's not there and they don't have unlock doors in park either

I've made several changes but I'm disappointed that the website is EXTREMELY misleading in what they support for the F48. They list MANY items under F48 coding on the website which the app does not support.

Thanks for the update. Shame as I waited nearly a year for F48 support and now it turns out it's incomplete.

That's about where I am as well. No chance I'm spending that much on a product that can only do 50% of the things it claims.

The problem is also that certain functions are supported in earlier software versions of the F48 which are not supported in later versions.

Now you cannot just go by when the car was built, because if it goes into the dealer and they update the software the functions will no longer be supported.

This is their official list of supported features http://support.mycarly.com/knowledge...t-is-possible/

Not a clue how accurate or up-to-date it is.

There has been another update fom Carly.
Will have to get the 2017 X1 again to see if it is now supported.

March Build / June delivery ... several of the options I want like remove the US nag screen, door unlock ... are not possible when I tried yesterday.

I'm planning on keeping the car for many years so I'm sure it'll pay off like my vag-com did for my VW years back.
