Rumble / crack / rattle

Anyone notice & have a fix for this weird type of rumble / creaking noise at lower speeds (<25 mph) as if it were coming from under the car?

Car: MY16, early build date; <22000.

Did some research and found this PUMA registered with BMW -> (in German; chrome auto translates to English) https://www.motor-talk.de/forum/knac...07.html?page=2

However, after reading the 16+ pages of comments, I realized some of the symptoms are same: I get it when when the car is warmed up, even on right turns and even when its 90F outside.

Appreciate your help!

There are three TSBs that may be relevant:

BMW Service Bulletins concerning front end/suspension knock/clunk

TSB for knocking noise from engine compartment. Cause is a damaged right side engine mount. Service bulletin #B22 02 17.

And there another TSB for creaking noise when cornering. Cause is the rubber transmission mount rubs on the aluminum housing. Service #B22 01 17.

Third TSB (ref unknown) says to change both front left and right control arms with a revised control arm for certain production dates — original parts both defective from factory
