Ah.. as soon as you mentioned Open Road BMW Edison I knew where this was going.

They will treat you nicely when you are looking to purchase a car but after that they won't care at all. I had to fight to get my deposit back after deciding to wait to place an order for my current car. Even after I ordered they didn't put my order in correctly and I had to pay for options I didn't ask or want. It's sad since they are my closest dealer but I have to say that their sales and service team is awful. I purchased a car from them around 10 years ago and then serviced another BMW with them and finally leased my current M340i with them however I have since learned to take my business somewhere else. I had great experiences with BMW of Brooklyn so that's where I'll be going now but I recommend you stay away from BMW of Edison.
