Extended Brake Pedals?
I brake with my left foot and the tiny pedal on the DCT makes it difficult for me to step on it smoothly with my wider than normal feet. I found the "GSPerformance P7 Generation III SMG brake pedal" ( http://www.bimmerfest.com/forums/sho...d.php?t=384727 ) which looks perfect, but that went nowhere. Is there a similar option for the E9x?

You may want to browse the BMW Motorsport catalog for the E92 and see if they have something.

No luck on the Motorsport catalog or the usual vendor sites. I'll reach out to one of them directly to see if they have ideas.

Can't you just buy a brake pedal cover for an auto (it's wider than the DCT's which is the same size as a manual's brake pedal) and screw it on?

I was looking for a similar product as you last year. I asked around and got no luck. In the end, I bought a used auto pedal assembly and swapped the whole thing out. Took me about 30 mins to do as it was only held on by a couple bolts.
You cannot buy a regular auto pedal cover as it's only a slip on cover and has no structural strength. I've alsso teased the idea of welding on a plate of sorts (with bracing) to extend the pedal also. |

I mean get the aluminum pedal covers like Pedal Haus sells, but buy the automatic set (larger brake) vs the DCT set (smaller brake).

This should tide me over until someone comes out with a better product. Can't complain at $30 for a used pedal assembly. If I remember correctly, it's the same part number as a regular 3 series and maybe some other Exx cars. |

The way the old SMG pedal extension worked was by adding a dummy clutch pedal that provided a bridge between it and the brake pedal. I believe the same can be done with DCT. See link below. Just add the clutch pedal and make a plate or something to tie the two together.

Turner sells a beefed up brake pedal used on the GT4 cars and comes from BMW motorsport.
https://www.turnermotorsport.com/p-2...d-brake-pedal/ Was thinking of getting this but not sure how much of a difference it would make and its a bit pricey. Edit: just noticed Turner does not have them available anymore |

I just did my first track day after ACM installed the Auto brake pedal I got on eBay. It felt great not reaching all the way over, but more importantly, it is much easier to trail brake since now I can encore my heel on the floor and ease off the brakes in a controllable way.
