I think it’s very good, not the original, but well worth watching. Your plan sounds like a good one.

I don't hardly pay any attention to so-called Reviews.

I'm a huge Fantasy fan! It's been entertaining for me.

First season was too slow and not nearly enough action.
They obviously heard the complaints. 2 is much better to me.

Yes, there is more action in witcher 2, but i am tired of the concept of a teenager with superpowers. I am also tired of pointless killing, monster and disaster footage. It was a thing we gawked at 30+ years ago when this stuff was rare and expensive. What's rare and priceless is a good comedy. Watch Curb.

Algorithm recommended Striking Out and I've been enjoying Season One. Casting and acting has been very good.

January and February are a big TV months for me. Ozark (Netflix), Raised by Wolves (HBO), Marvelous Mrs. Maisel (Amazon), Peacemaker (HBO), The Gilded Age (HBO), Pam and Tommy (Hulu). So much TV and so little time to watch!
