Well maybe the use of a pressure hose blasting water around the electrics in the engine compartment?

Maybe scary is a little strong, but I would be very uncomfortable about anyone doing this on my X1.

I can't tell if you're kidding or if you're serious. If you're serious, can you explain why it would be "snow foam"? I don't even know what that is. I'll give you three guesses what it might be, and the first two don't count. What do you think is coming out of the hose, hair conditioner?

snow foam is basically car wash concentrated soap and cleaneser

I understand it comes with a high elevated amount of water, not sure if such water is doing any good for the engine, hence my hesitation. At least i wouldnt be sure of doing it on my car

any argued reasoning will be welcome here

+1 for this.

Water and electricity is never a good mix.

There is nothing unsafe about using a pressure washer to clean an engine. I could not count the number of engines I've washed with a pressure washer, including a professional "steam cleaner", which uses high temperature water. As long as you dry the engine off and run it for a while to evaporate any residual water (as opposed to leaving it indefinitely), there is nothing whatsoever wrong with this.

Looks like he dries the engine bay out with a hot air blower, so nothing to see here, move along.
