Hi All, I have a BMW X1 which I am taking to get it serviced for the first time at a independent garage.

The garage have said once the service is complete they will send the Digital Service History to BMW.

But does anyone know if that updates the service history via idrive automatically once the Digital Service History is sent to BMW?

Or does the garage need to use a tool to replicate the service history for idrive?

KaSIO application (Key and Service history for Independent Operators)
KaSIO currently offers the following functionalities:
- Reading and displaying the key data
- Displaying the service history
- Writing the Service History based on the key data or after manually inputting the vehicle identification number

Please note: The entries in the Service History will not yet be displayed in the vehicle upon being transmitted to the central vehicle description module (FBM) of BMW AG. To be able to transfer the service history entry that you created in the "KaSIO" application to the vehicle, it is necessary to use ISTA and an ICOM.
