Hi All,

New to this forum if someone can please advice or guide would be helpful.

I have bought car just more than year ago, just a second owner and the car is done about 50000 miles and it’s automatic. Only 1 previous owner.
Since 1 month I am Noticing the car jerks on eco mode and on comfort mode when on reverse especially when there is a bit of incline but when it happens it’s noticable and it happens occasionally . Drives perfectly on D in any mode , no apparent problems with pick up or gear changes.
I have booked for diagnostic but is it something to be really worried is it transmission related or is it low transmission fluid etc?
Have no faults on dashboard or app!
