$115.83 for full tank of gas...........yikes.......

Dude, the guy in front of me at Costco just spent $115.83 to fill up his tank of his SUV (Ford Expedition) ............damn, I guess it is the beginning of the end for those big SUVs.................. can't wait until there are no more of those big gas guzzlers on the road (and they've driven mostly by latinos with those huge rims, WTF???)................as for me, I only drive my E90 on weekends, the rest of the week I drive my corolla..........

what is it with all this super hate towards SUV's? Once we go hydrogen in the near future there's no reason to hate them, and this comment about SUVs being mostly driven by latinos with big rims? are you twelve years old?

Hmmm, stereotype much? Since when did race/ethnicity play into a factor of what one drives?

I swear I do not want to stereotype anyone, but most if not all big SUVs that I have seen driving in my area are driven by hispanics...............two of my neighbors have a combined of 4 big SUVs (2 Tahoes, 1 Yukon and 1 Suburban)............I tell it like I see it in my area...............again, I do not want to stereotype anyone..............

Have you seen any commercials lately? There clearly are certain vehicles that advertising has targeted toward certain races. It appears in commercials for automobile accessories and services such as insurance.

Sure I have and it's completely irrelevant to my point which is "stereotyping" a certain ethnicity as opposed to "advertising". For your convenience, here is a link which explains what advertising is http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Advertising

i dont think hydrogen is going to be used in the future--its a great idea but catalysts are way too expensive. my college actually developed a few... and they're worth about 200k each (suv prototype) i think... just stealing the platinum would be profitable.

Bigger tank about 28 gal or 33 gal depending on the model. I pay about the same but in smaller installments. My gas tank is only like 16 gallons and my total is like $65. It's hitting us all.

The only good thing about gas costing so much to fill up an SUV is, if your in the market to buy one, they're making smoking deals on them...

Hey Bro there are a couple of "latinos" that drive BMW's too...So try not to be a prick and think about it if someone made a stupid remark about your "race" and keep it to yourself unless you have the nads to say it to the "latinos" in the Big SUVS with the big wheels and I bet they will explain it to you.

Imagine the big rig truckers that do cross country deliveries. I saw a news clip where one trucker said it was like $7XX.XX to fill his tank, and that was last month
