Fault Code that triggers CEL. Help maybe?

Hey guys. I'm looking for some troubleshooting as of how to fix this. Didn't feel like making a trip to the dealer but if no solution has arisen, then I'll probably end up going.

Situation : Got this recurring CEL light, went into ISTA+ , looked up what the fault message and got " Functional Limitation of ConnectedDrive HeadUnit". I've cleared it several times over the past but it comes back around every 1500~ miles. I didn't mind it at first since it's not a huge issue ( or I'm assuming) but the recurring CEL light is starting to bug me especailly during my drives.

Any suggestions?

Basically, if ConnectedDrive loses connection with one of its services (like establishing a phone connection to the information service), it will throw a fault.

Interesting. So now that I know what the problem is, I wonder if it's a defect on a part related to the telecoms. My concern is that if i take it to the dealer, they might just update the software and the MP tune might not be compatible with the new update. After all that, im assuming that MP might just revert the software back to what it was before. Hence keeping the same problem.

MP tune won't be touching the head unit firmware. They only touch the DME directly.
