AC blowing dust

Is there a way to turn of foot area blower whenever I turn the ac on in auto? It seems to blow all the dust collected on the floor mats

Auto blows air out all of the vents. If the AC is kicking up dust, your car must be pretty filthy inside. You can fix it with a vacuum cleaner.
