Have iPhone 7
Phone works ok but phone book not loading

Found fix
Have to activate iPhone setting Bluetooth
Sync contacts

Are you trying to sync your contacts with Bluetooth or with a USB cable? Which IOS (11.x, 12.x, or 13.x) is your iPhone 7 using?
