I hope the first several posts are trolls.

This BMW is the result of the marketing team working on the design when the regular engineers were on extended holiday.

The funnet thing about that shifter, is that the LCI 2'er AT and GT is both dumping that exact shifter to a decent looking electric shifter, coming in two months time. So actually a new model is using the pre LCI parts, i find that really sad! The interiour Looks exactly like a F48, not impressed with this model!

Seems ok. I still don't know how much different this is that a euro 5 door 1 series jacked up on higher springs and plastic mouldings? Much better than the 2 series active tourer

BMW often introduces models with lots of grey plastic on the exterior. Fortunately as costs drop over productions they generally make these grey plastic items body color , which makes them much better looking.

Remember the early E36 3 series ?

I have an E82 X1 in M SPORT guise because I absolutely love the vehicle in the same body color without any gray plastic.

Agreed. Not sure I understand why BMW needs 6 or 7 SUVs...they simply aren't individually unique or self identifying to distinguish themselves from one another and the rest of the market.

Looks good, except for the headlights and taillights. BMW has a real issue with headlight design lately. They just mess it up all the time. It's like they want to imitate Chris Bangle and end up with bad copycats all the time.
