Disable turn off rear sidemarkers on LCI

However rear sidemarkers are LEDs (three LEDs). I'm trying to disable it because my car is in EU where we don't need it. I cannot disable this light despite setting various values to mapping_sidemarkers parameters There's special mapping-sidemarkers-rear to set OFF, voltage 0 but they are still ON! Attached Images
