I was thinking the same thing, what a weird combination, I would have done 275-35!

Those exhaust tips are way too small. Otherwise, nice looking suv!

Looks great

I'd Black out or remove the X1 on the back

Remove xDrive off of the doors it will give it a much cleaner look

Looks good man....dig your mods

I was about to mess around with my 2018 X1, it's a beater car for my wife now, tossed it to her because it's ridiculously uninspiring. I wouldn't waste money modding it at all.

You need a 235/35/20 tire in the front ... Your current 2% difference in diameter will kill your x-drive system

Hmmm, I would say the F48 X1 is quite a good and fun CUV with some strategic moddings. Throw on some adaptive shocks, (keep the M-Sports springs), ECU Tune, Downpipe and Charge pipes, and you get a very responsive and quick sleeper.

A personal thing but I am not sure about lowering the ride height, I will have to think about rationale of ordering SUV over say 1 series and then lowering
Does BMW make a 5-door 1 series now?

Looks great, Proper!

Staggered setup requires a smaller sidewall for rears.

Said who?? The F80 M3 has 255-35 front and 275-35 rear. What's your take on that? Also for the F87 M2, 245-35 and 265-35, and don't forget the new F90 M5 with 275-35 front and 285-35 rears!

I think Proper's comment takes into account the issues of a staggered setup (without smaller sidewall) resulting in one axle running with an overall larger circumference than the other axle. Without matching the overall tire and wheel circumference, one can run into driveline issues with mismatched circumference on front and rear tires. The X1's AWD Xdrive was not designed to run on two different types of wheel and tire set ups.

How's the ride on the KWs holding up? Those 20s look good for sure, I think that's the direction I will go. I wasn't planning on lowering the car though, didn't want to mess up the ride on the DD.

KW always holds up. Just be mindful if you do lower more than 1" you will have a shimmy around 20-35mph. If you can deal with it than by all means go for it.
