Smile 330i back box on 320i

hi guys new to this forum and bmw's might be a silly question but my friend is getting a new back box for his 330i e92 2007 and said i could have his old oem one was wondering if this would fit my 2007 320i would there be any power loss at all or should i just get the performance exhaust for the 320i sorry if i sound silly thank's in advance

I am interested to know this aswell.

Also if I remove wadding, would that incur any harmful effects on the engine or catalytic convertor?

your not gonna loose any power wouldnt worry about that. if the pipes go off in the same direction on the back of the box and hangers are the same should be a straight swap over?

No the bending of pipes are different.
Box on 330i is thicker, and it will need modification to go on 320i.

so whats the difference between the 320i performance exhaust and the standard 320i exhaust is it the baffle layout or something has anyone removed the baffles would this cause it to run funny at idle
