Issues with a E46 325i 2001.

Runs as usual up until the first line on the fuel level indicator, to clarify; the first line to the left of the full tank line. When the fuel level indicator reaches this line, the car does not run and acts as if the car has run out of gas. IE it will start but die quickly, sounding as if it has no gas https://vlc.onl/ .

Almost the entire fuel delivery system has been replaced up until the fuel filter under the driver side.

Wondering what could cause this and if it is a common issue with this specific model.
