Need 19" Hi-Perf RFT Alternative

Our beautiful F48 M-sport came with an awesome set of 19" bi-color 572M rims. However, the Mrs is so fed up with the road noise and ride quality that she's ready to trade it.
I've been trying like hell to convince her that ditching the high-performance run flats would be transformative. Of course she's understandably worried about a getting a flat.
Questions:
Anyone found a quiet/comfy 19" all-season rft?
Anyone with 19s successfully fitted a tire with a taller profile?
Anyone gone non-rft and successfully installed a spare?
Any input is much appreciated!

To your last question, I have a X1 with the 18" Y-spoke wheels and (unfortunately) successfully used a space saver spare due to TWO screws puncturing my rear passenger RFT tire. For the spare tire, the OEM wheel part # is 36 11 6 851 507 with a Kumho T121 tire (sizing info: 135/90R17). Hopefully someone with 19" wheels can confirm this is also the appropriate part/size for your setup.

The spare fits with no clearance issue in the under trunk storage space. I decided to get a spare early since I'm 100% switching to non-RFTs once current tires wear down. Even with RFTs I still prefer to drive on a fully inflated spare than punctured RFT.

If you plan to go spare tire route, I recommend installing the hardware to secure the spare or find some way to tie down the wheel. It may end up being a hazard/flying projectile in the event of a serious car accident.

Thanks. I feel the same concerning a spare. My X5 came with one. Traded it for an X6 that didn't.
It's got the same huge void under the cargo area that the X5 had and I'll soon be planting a space saver in there.

I hadn't considered getting the securing hardware. I'll have to double check but I think it's missing the anchor loop. I'd intended (still talking X6 here) to just get the tire and the foam insert that holds the jack, handle, and lug wrench. And I was hoping the weight would prevent it from sliding around under there.

For slide prevention, you can probably skip on buying the foam insert and spend the money on other items. My spare doesn't have sliding issues, but its also because I have that space pretty packed with emergency essentials (i.e., small air compressor, jumper cables, scissor jack, basic tool set, quart of oil, first aid kit, etc).

In X1, the spare is secured with a bracket, wing nut and circular metal piece that gets screwed down on top of the wheel via wing nut. If your X1 came with RFTs from factory with no spare, you'll likely need to make holes in the liner to bolt on the bracket and wing nut.
