Window Tinting
There is another thread mentioned the rear windows are default with 24%.
In Canada-Ontario it allows up to 30% of light blocking 'by law'. My goal is to tint all windows (or just the front) to the same 'look' and currently researching on the 3M Ceramic / Crystalline series. - Ceramic can go with 40% glare reduction - Crystalline has more options and it can go with 3% / 22% / 32% glare reduction Can you share your 2 cents for the below questions? - What does that mean by Glare Reduction ? - Is the 24% default same as Glare Reduction or it means light blocked? - Does it make sense to tint the front with the 22% Crystalline for front only? - Or we should tint the rear for UV protection purpose? - that means 32% Crystalline for the front + 3% for the rear Thanks |
