Latest software update: cooldown/fan no longer activated on every shutdown?
I had my software updated a couple months ago during a bench unlock ( bad idea) and one thing I noticed over the last month or so, was no longer hearing the ongoing radiator fan cooldown when the car is shutoff. Prior, the car ( 2019 m850) would cooldown during every shutdown. Is this something others have noticed- after your last update, does the fan only kick on after heavy driving or is there likely an issue with my car?
I should mention that I did a full active shutter delete and have had cel/limp mode ever since the update, but not before. The code that seems to be causing the limp mode is related to AKKS (21B057). I had my tuner code recently this out and that took care of the cel and limp mode, however the fan still does not turn on after the vehicle is shutoff. How has the most recent update affected your car? |
