Had issues with CP (choppy audio, and unresponsive to iDrive commands) - dealer did a full software upgrade and all is good.

My other complaint (when it worked) was the seeming inability to remain using Pro Nav maps while keeping CarPlay for audio, phone and messages - not sure if the option appeared since the upgrade but you can switch to BMW nav (and benefit from the HUD) and still use CarPlay, which I like.

CarPlay is far better for controlling music, podcasts etc and better sound quality than Bluetooth.
