Summer changes for my E90

I downloaded that Accessories Configurator (it's a nice program) and had a play around with some parts I might add for summer.

I'm thinking of adding a chrome exhaust tip and getting a set of 156's.

What do you all think?

The first picture is how it looks currently (with its winter shoes), and the 2 attached images are from the configurator.

Personally I would spend more than about $29.95 ... USD ... on those wheels. But I know since they're BMW oem they're going to be way jacked in price.

Any reason you're not going with aftermarket, or at least 161's?

Because I have the 16" summer tyres already (with about 6,000km on them). In Germany, the 320d comes standard with the steel wheels and covers shown in the first pic. So when I got my winter tyres I just did a swap. I want to get something half decent for the summer months and I think the 156's are the best looking 16" wheels.

Plus, I don't want to be spending a great deal of money on a car I'm going to sell in 2.5 years time.

The chrome exhaust tip is not really a big deal. It's only €35 and I think it makes the rear a bit more interesting than with the standard steel pipe.
