I've never liked the double barrier dash designs. Give me a cockpit bent towards me, like a 1990 300ZX, and for this kind of car, just one big screen in that area to give me all the info I need. My S2000 was that way too, one screen with all the info, and no other distractions. There was even a radio door to cover the face of the radio so the only light was coming from that middle screen.

Interesting vehicle. It apes style elements from VW, Land Rover, Mercedes, Tesla and a hint of Genesis. Ford is a copycat car company except for the F-Series.

Remember back in the day when you were supposed to watch the road when driving?

That is a horrid looking interior.

Shame that Lincoln, for the first time in generations, put actual effort into some products (Navigator and Aviator), opened some fancy showrooms in places like Fashion Island Newport Beach, etc. but none of it paid off. These cars aren't selling at all.

Awful. And a Ford, full of screen, manufactured in China. What could possibly go wrong?

They're so close, they did a great job integrating the dash screen but they need to integrate the console one too. Absolutely loathe screens that are not integrated.

hopefully an OLED or something where black is completely black.

i could imagine this causing some fatigue on long night drives from the screen glow

The curved screen on top looks so far away from the driver that it could be hard to read and locate what you're looking for exactly.

Why retain the smaller in dash screen? It makes the bigger one seem like an afterthought.

Would have looked super clean if not for that old looking tablet in the center.
