2013 328i xdrive for $329 a month lease assumption
2013 328i xdrive Alpine white with black interior Heated seats Moonroof Factory Sirius radio (paid until March 2016) Car had no issues, been properly maintained at dealer and never been in an accident. Picture to come soon Warranty until (50k or aug 30 2017) Monthly payment is $329 (with MA tax it's $350) Lease is for 45k miles and ends Aug 30 2016. Residual is $25,208 Current mileage is 33,500 (giving you 720 miles a month) 15 payments left(next payment not due until May 30) but 16 months of driving left I put down $2700+ $2450 in security deposit to get this low monthly payment. New leasee will get back the $2450 security deposit at lease end if miles are under 45k. If you can do this, it reduces your cost to about $186 a month. Most people would want to prepay $800 to get another 5000 miles at .16 per mile to increase mileage allowance to 50,000 (which gives you more than 1,000 miles per month). You can wait a month before turn in to see if you want to do this and exactly how many miles you need to buy. I can't give this car away, so I am asking for $1000 up front and you to pay the $500 BMW transfer fee. Also I have an extra set of 18 m sport rims (staggered) with RFTs with TPMS i would consider selling for cheap if you take over lease.
