one underseat sub down

hey guys i have noticed that my driverside underseat 8 is not working, i removed it and tested it and it is fine.. i measured the output on the black brown and black red wire and no acv at all.. All the other speakers are working fine.. This is the harman system in the car.. could just one speaker output be shot on this amp?? can i pull the fuse behind the glove box for the audio system and see if that resets it? or due i replace the amp?? I have a new amp from my hifi system in my other bmw, harnesses look the same.

Any steps on how to get to the amp? My subs stopped working suddenly as well.

I am not totally sure as I did it some time ago and cannot upload PDF from my phone (this forum has really sucky mobile support)
Remove underfloor
Remove trim/sill cover on trunk, AFAIK this is hold in place by some screws/Clips that you need to remove. These are located towards the rear bumper.
Then remove the rings and you should be able to remove the side panels.

I also removed the taillights but unsure if that is needed or if that was only needed to remove the rear bumper. I did all this when retrofitting towing hitch…
