Automatic Climate Control removal?

Does anyone know how to remove the Climate Control unit/radio? My daughters seat heater button sticks and either wont turn on or stays off. Tried to have replaced under factory warranty but they claimed previous owner spilled coffee or something so wont cover. Part alone is $800 so was going to look for a used one and just swap out myself. I can't find anything online showing me how to remove it so tried looking here but didn't see anything but no luck.

looks like it's being held in by a screw.

If the problem is genuinely due to a surface coffee spill, it may be worth trying something like WD40 electrical contact cleaner spray underneath the seat heater button itself. The radio fascia does unclip but will require surrounding cover trim to be unclipped to access. There are YouTube clips showing how to remove trim cover.
