Hello.

My family just purchased a 2018 cpo X1 with around 4000 miles. We are loving it so far (rft really my only complaint). It’s our first BMW after many years of driving Subarus and VWs. It’s like a dream really.

The dealership forgot to include the owners manual which I just picked up. The manual refrences a Tool Kit which should contain a driver for the headlamps,lug nut adapter etc. Is this standard? I am wondering what else may be missing. I realize with the rft that there is no spare but what about a jack? Also can the spare kit, and trunk mounting hardware, be ordered from BMW?

Sorry if these questions seem silly. I just want to take care of any loose ends with the dealer asap.

I think it can be ordered from BMW but not as a package. If you do a quick search here there is a thread that talks about the spare and which individual parts to order.
