Alignment Question

Our BMW X1 has had suspension issues since we bought it. In 2022 they replaced the axel and many parts. In June 2023 we had the Left Front Axle and Right Front Axle replaced after the tech broke them during boot replacement. We got the car back and the Turbo Actuator blew a few days later. They went and replaced it. It's been several weeks and now they're saying we need an alignment and a control arm is busted.

My questions are: With the Front Axel's Axel Boots being replaced, would that not require an alignment? And would they have not seen the damaged control arm?

Also, if the wastegate actuator and electronics were replaced would that not also require a subframe to be dropped?

We have the maintenance plan, and full CPO on this 2021 X1 and they're saying the cost is on us. All of this sounds like BS.
