Side Facia

So on the M models there is a painted lower facia that runs on the bottom of the doors/looks like it wraps up from underneath.
What is this and can I get them added?
I have an i28 and it does not have that, mine is just black/molded rubber. I think the painted (white) really stands out.
Thanks in advance!

Good post. I've been thinking I'd like to change my black lower facia out to perhaps a gray/silver variant of what you're talking about but hadn't moved out on researching it.

So is this actually a molded piece or would a "wrap" do the trick?
I'm sure the BMW part is the whole piece that runs under the doors from wheel well to wheel well and would be $$$$$. A vehicle wrap may work if it's cut and placed properly.
