Sounds like a decent deal. Loaner car?

I think its one of either 2 loaners or a test drive car. this one has 178 miles.

options:
sunset orange
black/blue highlight dakota
Msportx package - zm
premium package
msport package 20" wheels - 33a
driver assist package
pcd
HK sound
connected drive
carplay
rear spoiler
sticker with dest $52,970

A loaner would have way more miles than that. These look like plain unsold cars, now two model years old. They've got to be hurting the dealer badly to hold them in stock. Good for you though!

Agreed and it looks like they ordered every available option, the high MSRP, color (not everyone's favorite) and that you can get a very well equipped M35i for the same MSRP means they have to of been sitting on it awhile.

Them cutting their loss is your gain! It's a good deal but once you drive it off the lot, it will be worth exactly what you paid even with very few miles.

Well guys! today is the day! After a lot of mulling, im pulling the trigger tonight!
To your points:
re: depreciation, yes, however, it seems the dealer is taking most of it for me (or a good chunk)
re: warranty... this actually caused me a moment of "oh sh**". I checked today, here's the weird one: in service date 09/30/2019, so a couple of weeks ago. Therefore 4/50 starting then.
re: options and colors... they had a yellow one but w/o HK, PDC, DAP (msrp 50k, same 35k out door).. so the choice was easy. as much as i love the yellow the sunset is pretty cool too!
Will share a photo later. thanks for the input ya'll!

PS: did i mention they are also taking my 330e with 3 payments left as part of the deal for the same 35k?

You’re getting it for what the KBB and NADA value is currently. I’d say that’s a deal! Starting out from the jump even!
