Instrument Cluster with Extended Contents USA?

Hi,

Can anyone in the US confirm if we get the instrument cluster with extended contents?

On the 3 series it is included with the NAV system but I don't see anything about it on the configurator.

It's part of the Navigation Plus pack here in the UK (code ZNQ). Not mentioned in the price list. But the website clearly says Nav Plus upgrades the instrument cluster with a 5.4" TFT screen, etc. Not available as an individual option as far as I know.
