Does anyone know if you need a certain package to have both the top and bottom door trim light up? On mine just the upper is lit not the bottom?

Hi - Just checked on mine and both top and bottom door trims are lit (as per pictures). On my invoice it does show "563 Extended Interior Lighting" as part of "Z0A Driver Comfort Package" (otherwise in the sales brochure it was a £220 option). Hope this helps.

Thanks for the info in the US it looks like part of the Premium Package. I wonder if it can be coded to be activated? I do have LED's but they are just not lit up

yes same for me; it seems that we do not have the extended Lighting package option in Europe

Just received mine today and both the upper and lower are lit. It came standard with the sports package in greece or it can be added as an option for 220 euros.

Its a accessories at the BMW dealer...
(You can easy replace the standard door lights for this LED projectors)
(You get 3 extra projector lens/logo's)
