simple question, should I fully discharge my NOCO boost every 4-6 months and then recharge (lithium battery) site just says to charge but says nothing about cycling the battery

I took it down yesterday to 25% and am now trickle charging it back ?

A quick search points to not fully discharging a lithium battery.

I just got my GB40 yesterday and charged it full. I put it in the cute little bag and hope I never have to use it.
Noco does say to charge it full every 4-6 months as maintenance but I am sure you already know that.
