My BMW app doesn't show tire information
Hi,
My wife bought a used 2021 BMW X1 recently and it seems working fine. I added the car to My BMW app I've been using, but My BMW app shows the car without tire as shown in the image. Any thing wrong with the car? How can I fix it? Thanks in advance. |

Try going into the car iDrive (HU in the car) and check under system information for tyre pressure. The system should ask you to enter tyre size ( necessary for reference pressure). It may be that this has not been set so graphics are not showing tyre in BMW app. This is just my guess. Good luck

It's not just the tyres, it's the wheels too. Maybe it doesn't know what wheels were selected on your vehicle build, for some reason.
