Hi - since i took delivery of my new E92 M3 a few weeks ago, one of my friends has got a permanent hard on for one himself!!

He is not bothered about colour - but it MUST have EDC. He has cash waiting and just asked me to put the feelers out for one.

Anyone wanting to sell or know someone looking to sell then let me know.

Must it be a coupe or will an E90 be any good?

Reason I ask is that my mate who works in a local dealership said they have quite a few E90's in direct from BMW. They are all pre-registered cars and have various options (Mostly 19" wheels, red or black leather front and rear PDC, DAB radio, High beam assist, EDC, sliding armrest, Bluetooth with connected drive, high gloss shadowline, USB and voice control). Virtually all are in Silverstone II or Jerez Black.

They are all BMW pre-registered cars (on 58 plates) so cant be sold as new BUT they have all done nominal mileages (most less than 20 miles) so are effectively new cars.

They are pre-lci models so have the older style rear lights and non HDD sat/nav i drive system.

If you do a search it appears quite a few dealers have taken up on the offer and have these cars for sale all at sub-40k prices which is a massive saving on a new one.

Something to consider New car for second hand money!

Hi Red - thanks for that info buddy - problem is he really wants an E92 as hes not a 4 door fan - but i agree they are great deals. And thanks too Paulie - i gave him the link for the AUC site but nothing grabbed him i dont think. That said he really wants Silverstone II like yours - so will inform him of that one for £37k - thanks buddy.

Ha ha!! Still think we should draw up a business plan to takeover Remus!!!!
He's just got off the phone to them and he's done a deal!! He needs to sort out a few things but it looks like he's bought it - good lad!!!!! He got a little money off but not a huge amount - still good car and not a bad price considering. Got to try and talk him into coming to the Ring with us all now!! Problem is he is an ex racing driver (Formula Ford, 2 etc and Champ Car USA, Caterham series etc) and he doesnt really get that excited by track days and Ring trips - but i hope to talk him around. He is an awsome driver with immense skill and will wring the neck of that M3 thats for sure!!! Thanks for the heads up Paulie!!! Another SSII in our midst!!!

He's just bought it!!! Did a deal at £36,750 - not a huge amount off but he's happy - he picks it up next week!!! Will try and get him to come to the Ring - but at the very least the M3 meet. He owes you a pint Paulie!! Or a babysham, or an egg-nog whatever you fancy!!!??
