IND | Eventuri F39 X2 35i (B48) Carbon Fiber Intake

*Accepting Pre-Orders*

The F39 X2 35i, F40 M135i, F44 M235i Eventuri intake system was developed through extensive real world testing and airflow simulation analysis. It features our patented Venturi housing system with an integrated Mass Air Flow sensor section for the smoothest possible airflow to the turbo inlet tube. The housing encases our bespoke generation 2 dry filter which helps to shape the airflow to maintain laminar conditions. The housing seals to the front duct which has been maximized in volume to reduce any potential restrictions in flow. The duct ensures that only ambient air is provided to the filter thus IATs are steady for most driving conditions. The system allows for better throttle response and allows for the turbo to work with a lower waste-gate duty cycle.

The Eventuri Difference

The F39 X2 35i / F4x M135i M235i Eventuri system uses our Patented Carbon Fibre Housings with our Gen 2 bespoke filters, which provide an aerodynamically efficient airflow path from the filter to the turbos. Not just another cone filter with a heat shield but a unique design which invokes the Venturi affect and maintains laminar flow conditions to reduce the drag on the turbo. You can read more about the housing design and how it works HERE.

Product Details:
  • Carbon Fiber Venturi Housing with Integrated MAF Tube
  • Bespoke High Flow Generation 2 Filter
  • Carbon Fiber Sealed Duct
  • Aluminium Inlet Cowls
  • 2 x Laser Cut Stainless Steel Bracket Work

Dayam. Excellent looking product though!

Wonder what performance gains we might actually see? Also, any chance on a plastic 'OEM Stealth' version?

Holy smokes.. it looks pretty cool for sure! I do like the videos and pictures etc on the website. Price wise I can't convince myself to do it without guilt. Maybe one of these days. I would love to hear/see it when you get it billnchristy!

I can’t say I don’t have guilt, but I have been reading the m3 reviews and how it sounds close to a csl intake, I cannot wait.

not bad. but is it worth the 1k+ price tag? not sure with a lot of that going to the inflated cost associated with the cf construction material. could they use abs and make similar numbers at a fraction of the price? yeah, probably.

They have abs parts for mini that are cheaper, sure.

A good intake will become necessary when the aftermarket catches up, if it never does then it looks gorgeous regardless.

it does look gorgeous, i agree, it's just that it's under the hood so no one is likely to see it but you and the service people at the dealership.

regardless, if you're happy with your purchase, that's all that matters. i have quirks for sure too that no one really notices, e.g., watches. talk to me about a lange und söhne and i'm all ears and my wallet will open up. even more if JLC or a glashütte original watches pop up because i'm a jlc and g.o. type of guy as their watches don't start at the msrp of my new m35i.

the only thing that stands out that concerns me is the bespoke filter and how that is going to hold up over time and when it needs to be replaced are you going to be able to find a suitable replacement if the original manufacturer is not producing them any longer.

keep in mind that i don't know anything about this company or how long they've been around, etc., so it could be very likely that they'd support the product for years and years to come.

They've been around at least 5 years and have updated the filters before, luckily keeping dimensions the same.

Just buy two spares and should be good for a couple years that's kind of what I do for water filters for the refrigerator LOL.

Carbon fiber is beautiful but that doesn't add power as ABS plastic will be just as good at a more appropriate price per horsepower value.

It would certainly be. I'd certainly not do it on a 30k car but for a 50k car it's more appropriate.

I do understand that but at this point in my life after only 17 project cars and doing tons of mods on all of them I'm kind a looking for a stealth look at this point. Something that is not that obvious unless you really know what to look for.
