This looks really good. Needs to be lowered.

German tuning shop Dähler unveils their aftermarket program for the new BMW X2.

They have tuning upgrades for the 118i and 120i petrol and 18d and 20d diesel versions. The 118i now makes 156hp / 195lb-ft and the 120i is upgraded to 220hp / 251lb-ft. This represents a bump of 22hp and 31hp over stock figures, respectively

The 18d has been upgraded to make 172hp / 288lb-ft and the 20d makes 217hp / 332lb-ft. This represents a bump of 24hp and 30hp over stock, respectively.

Dahler also offers different exhaust systems with individually selectable tailpipes, new sport springs and tuned shock absorbers.

Agreed, looks good and would be even nicer if lowered a bit.

Very nice!

I disagree - perfectly lowered. We just have to wait for X2 M35i.

in Switzerland, to be street legal, you are limited to 40 millimeters lowering.
Doing more lower, you need to go make it check and receive a special paper ... which is IMPOSSIBLE to receive for SAVs or SUVs.

so dähler will not go lower

Looks indeed very good!

Just a small correction: Dähler is a swiss based tuning company They are the ones that did an M2 convertible some time ago with the S55 engine...however their tuning has not a great image, at least in Switzerland, beside optical tuning...

Dähler is a swiss company, about 20km away from me.

As for the wheels... I talked to the owner Christoph Dähler about 2 years ago and as much I remember they used to be the importer of Hartge for Switzerland. But since Hartge was shut down, Dähler started to produce their own wheels in the same factory where Hartge used to produce their wheels (as we see, the design is similar to the Hartge Classic 2 wheels).

I like it, like the look, like the stance. I wish the M35i model was more around 350hp instead of 300. Too bad they put on those stupid ticky-tacky BMW emblems on the c pillars :. Only downfall imo.

Exactly my point!! The car sits perfectly with those wheels, no needs to be any lower, since there is not much wheel gap. Ricers will always be ricers, can't change them!!

They don't look horrible imo but I would not be surprised to see them gone come LCI time

The X2 is the only way to get a hatch from BMW in the NA market. If you want an SAV, you buy the X1.

Since when is ground clearance the defining characteristic of an SUV? I bought it for the size, interior space and AWD, not for the ground clearance. It has more than enough ground clearance for my purposes. I will never take it off road. I would rather it be lower for improved handling.
