Ok, not the zombie-inducing kind but this mycologist (a person who works w fungi) got infected w a fungus that never-before made the leap from vegetation to humans.

I admit. I just saw STD and my mind went to toilet seat. Lol.
But I already had a very vague knowledge that humans have been impervious to such types of infections because fungus can't survive above a certain temperature. At least until now, it looks like. I don't know. I just saw an opportunity for potty humor and took it. |

I dunno man. The only time I feel anything is when I'm drunk, have the pedal to the floor in an M5, or am jumping out of a plane. So I can't hate alcohol too much. Granted, I keep it tightly controlled and isolated to Saturday nights only (like right now!).
