Passenger back door opens only about 3 inches!!

The weirdest thing all car doors unlocked, but the rear passenger door wouldn't open completely. I checked to see if something was stuck - door column was clear of any objects. This happened on Tuesday 1-21-2020 it was brutally cold that morning in NYC, I refuse to believe ice was the causal. As of this writing the door still doesn't not open all the way!

My BMW is 2 month old? Have an appointment with the service center and dealership... will follow up with the outcome.

Any 2020 BMW x2 owners experience this surprising issue?

I'm sure something got stuck in the door hinge that's.. ridiculous. The only time I had anything remotely close, there was so much ice and snow on the OUTSIDE you can see it was jamming the door. Still.. not 3 inches opened problem.. Hope the dealer can see the issue, I'm surprised you can't see something in the way.
