In car service history

Had front and rear pads replaced in dec by franchised dealer. Ive noticed the in car display only shows the front pads having been changed. Raised it at minor sevice this week and assured sorted. Checked today and no change ..is this normal or can both replacements be recorded

I would go back or just uodate yourself. It is pretty easy.

It is not normal. You can have them add another record for brake pads. I personally disable service history since my last BSI finished.
