Must Watch Newer Movies

In your opinion, since 2020 what films do you think are a must watch?

When I stop and really think about it - the 2 that stand out for me are coincidentally both climbing documentaries:

The Alpinist

Torn

Both fantastic.

I know I must be missing so many, what are they?

Subscribed. Haven't seen either of these.

We saw Barbarian last night in theaters and it was awesome!

Top Gun was as good as you'd expect for the money spent and the OCD nature of the maker. It was better than I want to admit.

My favorites since 2020 are:

- The Dry
- Tenet
- The Swordsman
- The Little Things
- Old Henry

I really want to see Barbarian. Missed the screening my work had, so gotta find some time to head to a theater.

Not exaggerating, it's one of my favorite movies of all time. I've seen it 3 times since its release and enjoyed it every single watch. I don't think you will be disappointed.

If you like that one you'll like The Dry for sure. It's probably my favorite of them all, in a weird "No Country for Old Men" kind of way.

^Thanks for catching that, I was at a red light when I typed rigmarole.

RickFLM4 they are always making movies, I'm sure I missed several.

I was going to add the new Batman to the list, but since I haven't even finished watching it I couldn't list it as a "must." But what I saw I really enjoyed.

wtwo3 it's a great word. I'll drop "cattywampus" every now and again too, particularly if my wife is bugging me

This is just one of those words that I always "intuitively" knew, and I was this years old when I fist saw an actual definition
