Yes, although that one shows to "ONLY SUPPORT NBT SYSTEM". You need to ensure Head Unit compatibility, e.g. ENTRYNAV2.

I have the same problem and hope for a solution with a car I have just bought;

2017 F48 VIN 5K45534

It has the big screen and is fully loaded except not Navi Professional. These are some of the relevant options it has;

S6UP Navigation Plus
S6WD WLAN Hotspot
S6AK Connected Drive Services
S6AM Real-Time Traffic Information
S6AN Concierge Services
S6AP Remote Services

Also there is no aux.

Do I need an aftermarket box ? but I thought this needs an aux otherwise problems ?

Yours is enabled via Telematics, which won't work until in U.S. If you want CarPlay working now, need to enable via FSC Code instead.
