It looks exactly the same…which button turns it on/off?

Can you also please upload a pic with the compass so I can show the dealer?

No button as I thought. What turns it on is the ignition.

Stick a paperclip in the little hole. There is a button there. That probably does it! Only do it when ignition is on and running.
